My name is Kelvin. I’ve gone by Kelly in the past and have responded to “Chef” for the past 20+ years. I’m a family man, adventurer, professional Chef, outdoorsman, and culinary Instructor. Raised in Boise, Idaho USA living in Portland, Oregon USA but currently traveling the world with my wife and two boys. Work schooling along the way.
